“As a designated United States Passport Acceptance Facility, we offer the following services: -Receiving and submitting completed applications and necessary documentation for UNITED STATES PASSPORT 4SALE (or passport cards) to the U.S. Department of State* -On-site passport photo services for both passport and visa applications -Provision of required forms for United States passport applications -Availability of other necessary passport-related forms -Addressing any inquiries regarding the application process Please note that, until further notice, appointments are required for all passport applications. To schedule an appointment, Due to significant delays with processing at the State Department, please expect a wait time of several months. Expedited processing is not currently available. As such, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. We would like to remind US citizens that not all individuals will require a passport book or passport card under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI). The final phase of WHTI took effect on June 1, 2009 and requires US citizens entering the United States by land or sea from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda to present a passport book, passport card, or other approved document. For more information on these requirements, please visit the US Department of Homeland Security’s website at www.dhs.gov/western-hemisphere-travel-initiative. For children who are US citizens and under the age of 15 traveling from contiguous territory by land or sea, an original or copy of their birth certificate, Consular Report of Birth Abroad, Naturalization Certificate or Canadian Citizenship Card may be presented. In the case of groups of children who are US citizens travelling together by land or sea, please refer to the specific requirements outlined by the US Department of Homeland Security on their UNITED STATES PASSPORT 4SALE Thank you for your cooperation.

In regards to special audiences, please take note of the following requirements. Children who are US citizens under the age of 15 and entering from contiguous territory by land or sea may present an original or copy of their birth certificate, Consular Report of Birth Abroad, Naturalization Certificate, or Canadian Citizenship Card.
