SINGAPORE PASSPORT 4SALE
As of 15 August 2006, all passports will be biometrically-enabled (Bio Pass). This applies to both new and replacement passports. Singaporean citizens who currently hold non-biometric machine-readable passports are encouraged to apply for the new Bio Pass. With this passport, they will be able to enjoy visa-free travel to the United States of America (USA) under the US Visa Waiver Programme. To obtain a Singapore International Passport (Bio Pass), you can fill out the application form (Form IMM E11 (OS) and Form P 28.3) or submit it online at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/apples. Completed forms must be submitted in person by an adult or through a proxy at the Consulate-General. VALIDITY: The Bio Pass is valid for 5 years. If your current passport has a remaining validity of 9 months or less, that validity will be transferred over to your new passport. In this case, your new passport will have a total validity period of 5 years plus the remaining validity from your old passport ,SINGAPORE PASSPORT 4SALE

After completing the forms, you can submit them in person (if an adult) or through a proxy at the Consulate-General. VALIDITY The BioPass is valid for 5 years. If your current passport has less than 9 months of validity remaining, this time period will be carried over to your new passport. This means that your new passport will have a validity of 5 years plus whatever remaining time was left on your old passport, which can be found on our website below or submitted online at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/apples.
