MALTESE ID CARD 4SALE
Maltese National Identification Card Individuals who are Maltese nationals, EU citizens, or non-EU citizens with a valid Maltese residence permit, working permit, or freedom of movement permit are eligible to obtain a Maltese ID card. The card provides various benefits such as discounted bus fares in Malta and Gozo, the ability to open accounts with telecommunications providers, and apply for insurance or property leases. To apply for your MALTESE ID CARD 4SALE, please visit the Evans Building located at St. Elmo Place in Valletta. The office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 2:00pm, Wednesday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 7:30am to 10:30am. There is no fee for obtaining an ID card. Please bring your passport containing a valid residential or working permit sticker that will not expire within three months of your application date, as well as your residence or working permit. An application form must also be completed. Thank you.
Please note that ID cards issued to non-EU citizens are strictly intended for identification purposes within the MALTESE ID CARD 4SALE and should not be used for travel. It is important to follow this regulation and use your ID card only as intended. If you need to renew your ID card or update your address, please visit the Evans Building at St. Elmo Place in Valletta, located across from Fort St. Elmo on the city’s perimeter road. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 2:00pm, with extended hours until 6:00pm on Wednesdays, and Saturday mornings from 7:30am to 10:30am. To complete the renewal process, please bring your old ID card, a completed application form (available for download on the Malta Electoral Commission website), and a passport-sized photo. Please dress appropriately for your new ID photo as sleeveless or strapless tops are not allowed. And don’t forget – you can smile in your new photo! After taking your new photo, you will electronically sign your card in another room. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines when renewing your ID card. To initiate the renewal process or update your address on your ID card, kindly visit our office at Evans Building St. Elmo Place in Valletta. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 730hrs/7:30am to 1400hrs/2:00pm, with extended hours until 1800hrs/6:00pm on Wednesdays and Saturday hours from 730hrs/7:30am to 1030hrs/10:30am. When visiting our office, please bring: – Your current ID card. – A completed application form, which can be downloaded from Malta’s Electoral Commission website. – A recent passport-sized photo for your application form. Kindly note that a new ID photo will be taken during the process. We ask that you dress appropriately for this photo, as sleeveless or strapless tops are not permitted (but feel free to smile). Once complete, you will proceed to electronically sign your document in a separate room, Non-EU citizens are advised that ID cards cannot be used for travel purposes.
