PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION OF MALAYSIAN PASSPORT 4SALE The Malaysian International Passport is a crucial travel document issued by the Government of Malaysia for individuals traveling abroad. The passport consists of 48 pages and has a validity of five years. APPLICATION PROCESS 1. Eligibility: The applicant must be 18 years or above to apply for an international passport. However, if the applicant is below 18 years and married, they must provide their Marriage Certificate along with their Malaysian Identity Card. For those under 18 years who are not married, they must have a Child’s Malaysian Identity Card (12 years old and above) and either a Borang W or Singapore Birth Certificate/Child’s Malaysian Birth Certificate, along with their parent’s Malaysian Identity Card. 2. In case of Parent’s Death: If the applicant is below 18 years and one or both parents are deceased, they can still apply for an international passport by providing their Child’s Malaysian Identity Card (12 years old and above), either a Borang W or Singapore Birth Certificate/Child’s Malaysian Birth Certificate, along with the parent’s Death Certificate. Additionally, they will also need to submit a Statutory Declaration of Guardianship. 3. In case of Divorced Parents: If the applicant is below 18 years and parents are divorced, they can still apply for an international passport by submitting their Child’s Malaysian Identity Card (12 years old and above), either a Borang W or Singapore Birth Certificate/Child’s Malaysian Birth Certificate, along with evidence of parental divorce. 4. Submission Process: All applicants must submit both original and photocopies of their required documents at any designated Immigration Department in Malaysia. 5. Payment: Applicants are required to pay the appropriate fees when submitting their application. 6. Collection Process: Once the application is processed, applicants can collect their international passports from the designated Immigration Department within three working days. A Statutory Declaration of Guardianship is also required. – For applicants below 18 years old whose parents are divorced, they must provide their Child’s Malaysian Identity Card (for children aged 12 and above) or Child’s Borang W and Singapore Birth Certificate or Child’s Malaysian Birth Certificate, along with proof of divorce.
If you hold a Temporary Identity Card with code JPN.KPPK 09, you will need to provide your Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate during the application process. Similarly, if you hold a Temporary Identity Card with code JPN.KPPK 11, it must be certified by the National Registration Department and accompanied by your Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate when submitting your application. Parents of the applicant who have renounced their Malaysian Citizenship are required to bring their completed citizenship renunciation form (Borang K) and their Singapore Identity Card. The following specifications must be adhered to for the photograph on your MALAYSIAN PASSPORT 4SALE : – It will be taken at the Passport Division using Facial Live Capture Recognition Device. – Please wear dark-colored clothing that covers your shoulders and chest. – The photograph must be taken in full-face view and directly facing the camera.
